Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order within 2 hours after completing payment via email to our customer service at info@www.lilwildpets.com, with your order number, contact info, and reasons to cancel. We will process your payment cancellation and refund within 10 business days.

14-Day Returns

  • It's important that you inspect your order on delivery, please check if it's in good condition. Lil Wild Pets will issue an exchange or a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging and broken part).
  • Lil Wild Pets will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact info@www.lilwildpets.com to initiate the return process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that are damaged, opened, used, or expired.
  • Please contact us first before returning the item. Provide your detailed order information including contact info, tracking number, and reasons for return.   
  • The time frame for return must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received.
  • Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

What you can't send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  • All custom products do not support returns.
  • All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Used products are not returnable.

How To Return & Refund

  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@www.lilwildpets.com. (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
